South of Chch

Wapiti Bakery & Café – Te Anau

For when you’re waaay down south and need a good supple of freshly-baked goodness to go with your Switch Espresso, hit up Wapiti in central Te Anau.

Postmasters Cottage Café – Arrowtown

Just a scenic 20-minute drive from Queenstown you’ll find the lovely settlement of Arrowtown, and more importantly you’ll find Postmasters Cottage Café – packing everything from tea and scones to burgers and beers, and of course Switch Espresso.

Ritual Espresso Café – Wanaka

You can get a flippin fantastic Switch Espresso in Wanaka at Ritual Espresso Cafe. You’ll never go wrong here looking for a solid brunch and fresh cabinet food – and all the eggs and bacon are free range.

Nosh Waimate

This classic spot straddles the Waimate turnoff from State Highway 1 and it’s an essential stop for anyone road tripping south to Oamaru, Dunners and beyond.

Gebbies Garden Café – Gebbies Pass

Ok so this one is only really just south of Christchurch, but it’s a great one to hit up if you’re on your way out to Banks Peninsula and Akaroa.

Prego Mediterranean Foods & Comida Café/Restaurant – Nelson

These guys sell a cracker range of olive oils, cheeses, pastas and their own special blend of Switch coffee, ‘Nero’ by the bag. You can also grab a freshly-brewed cup in the café/restaurant.

Flo & Co – Kaikōura

Coming soon! This new Switch partner café is opening mid January, so keep an eye out as you pass through Kaikōura on your way home from holiday.

Te Ika a Māui North Island

The Canuck Truck – Opotiki/Whakatane

This great little coffee truck is parked up by Waotahi Beach to the east of Whakatane. As well as grabbing yourself a Switch Espresso and a beachside feed, it’s a good place to stop for a photo with the pou whenua totems.
